Tools expertise:
- Candidates must be highly proficient in OOAD, UML and using of design tools like Rational Rose or Rational Software modeler
- They must have experience in development tools like WSAD/RAD
- They must have at least 1 year experience in Struts framework
Experience in frameworks Spring, Hibernate, AJAX will be added
advantage.
- He/She must have very good written and verbal communication skills and must be able to lead a module/team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Selected candidate will be required to design J2EE/Portal
applications using a design tool like Rational Software Modeler or
Rational Rose.
- He/she should document high level/low level design and communicate to the other team members and customer.
- He/she should be able to develop Java/J2EE code using Rational
Application Developer and WebSphere Application / Portal server.
- He/she should be proficient in WebSphere Application Server.
- He/she will be required to design/develop using technologies UML, J2EE, Struts, spring, Hibernate, AJAX.
- He/she should be able to lead a team/module and co-ordinate with
other module-leads and onsite/offshore. He/she should be able create
unit test cases, unit test the code and document the unit test results.
- He/she should provide inputs to system test design/test cases.
Exp: 1-5 yrs
