Indian Army Recruitment 2013 � Apply Online for 42nd SSC (T) Men, 13th SSCW (T) Women Posts: Indian Army invites applications from Married/ Unmarried Male Engineering Graduates for 42nd Short Service Commission for (Technical) course and 13th Short Service Commission (Technical) from Unmarried Women and from widows of Defence Personnel for course commencing in April 2014 at Officers Training Academy Chennai. Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 20 years to 27 years for SSC (Tech)-42 Men Posts & SSC (Tech)-13 Women Posts, 19 years to 29 years for SSCW (Non-Tech) Post & 20 years to 31 years for SSCW (Tech) post.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Engineering Degree in relevant branch. Candidates studying in the Final Year of Engineering Degree and who are qualified graduates of the Degree Course in Engineering will be eligible to apply.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Psychological Test, Group Test and Services Selection Board (SSB) Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates may apply online through the website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in from 15-07-2013 to 16-08-2013. After submission of application take the print out of application, one copy of print out application duly signed and affixed photograph attested by Gazzetted Officer thereon and 10th Class certificate, 12th Class certificate, Degree/Provisional Degree and marksheets of eight semesters of B.E/B.Tech, all in original along with two attested photocopies of all the certificates are to be carried out to the Selection Centre by the candidate.
 
Instructions for Online Application:
1. Log on to www.joinindianarmy.nic.in and select the Online Application link to open the online application.
2. Read the instructions carefully before applying online.
3. Fill all the details carefully, check for errors and submit the application online.
3. Take two copies of print out of the system generated Acknowledgment which contains the Roll Number.
4.  The copy of the printout of online application form and the entire above certificates in original along with two attested photocopies are to be carried out to the Selection Centre by the candidate.
