Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education Research (PGIMER) has given recruitment notification for the posts of Professors, Asst Professors. Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format on or before 31-08-2013. More details like selection process, qualification, how to apply are disclosed below�

Name of the Post:
1. Professors in Medical/ Non-Medical: 10 Posts
2. Assistant Professors in Medical/ Non-Medical: 32 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates should possess an age up to 50 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per the govt. rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.D, M.Ch, M.S, D.M in concerned specialties for medical posts, and Post graduate/ Ph.D/ M.A/ M.Sc. in relevant subjects for non-medical Posts with relevant experience.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on PPT presentation/ Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs. 500/- for SC/ ST and Rs. 1000/- for all others in any branch of SBI in challan form with duly filled prescribed application fee in the "Power Jyothi" PUL current account of PGIMER and the account number is 32211613319. After depositing the fee in the bank must ensure having Triplicate Fee Payment Challan with Journal No. /Challan No. given by the bank on it.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications with the challan form consisting of seal, challan no. and signature of the Bank Official of the Branch with three copies, application form, copies of certificates duly attested by the Gazetted Officer in support of educational qualification, experience, age, caste and NOC of the present employer, if employed and send through speed post to the Administrative Officer(Recruitment Cell), PGIMER, Sector-12, Chandigarh 160 012 on or before 31-08-2013.
