Application Form for Rajasthan MAT 2012
1. The cost of RMAT 2012 Application Form is Rupee 1000/- ( Rupees One Thousand Only ). It also includes RMAT 2012 examination fees. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable / adjustable for future Rajasthan MAT MBA 2012.
2. A plea that the candidate failed to receive the information for appearing in RMAT Entrance Test 2012 will not be accepted as a ground for the refund of this amount or any other dues.
3. RMAT Application Forms 2012 are available at PNB Bank.
4. RMAT 2012 will be last date of submission of Application Form Mid of May, 2012.
Submission of RMAT Application Form 2012 :
1. Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test 2012 Application Forms are available at PNB Bank.
2. The completed Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test Application forms 2012 with Demand Draft send to following address through Registered Post / Speed Post ( not by courier in any case ) :

3. In any case, the Rajasthan Management Aptitude Test RMAT Application Form should not be handed over to any person. No other institute / agency is authorized to collect the form on behalf of RMAT 2012. RMAT 2012 Forms sent through courier shall not be accepted.
RMAT Admit Card 2012 :
* RMAT Admit Card 2012 will be sent to the candidate at his / her address as mentioned in RMAT 2012 Application Form. The Coordinator RMAT 2012 reserve the right to withdraw the permission granted by mistake to a candidate who is not eligible to appear in RMAT 2012 even though the admission Card has been issued and produced by the candidate before the Centre Superintendent of RMAT 2012.
* 2nd week of June, 2012 will be Date for Dispatch of Rajasthan MAT admission card, the candidate may contact the coordinator RMAT 2012 immediately by fax giving his / her RMAT 2012 form no., mailing address and test centre requested.
* Such candidates are advised to bring two passport size photographs ( same as pasted on RMAT application form ) at the time of RMAT examination along with the photocopy of RMAT application form and photo identity card such as driving license, voter card etc.
