Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has issued notification against recruitment of 215 Head Constable and Sub Inspector Vacancies in the Sashastra Seema Bal a Central Armed Police Force under Ministry of Home Affairs. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 20-07-2013. Names of Posts:
1. Sub-Inspector (Pioneer): 29 Posts
2. Head Constable (Workshop):186 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates' age must be between 18 yrs and 25 years for post 2, upto 30 years for post 1. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 20-07-2013. Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering for SI post and Matriculation and Diploma/ ITI in Automobile or Motor Mechanical Engineering with valid driving license for HC post.
Application Fee Details: General and OBC candidates need to pay application fee of Rs. 50/- in form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of The Accounts Officer, Frontier HQ SSB Patna, payable at SBI Patna.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Documentation, Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Examination, Technical Test (Trade Test) and Final Medical Examination.
How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and send it along with payment receipt and Copies of all relevant certificates, to The Inspector General, Frontier HQ, SSB Patna Rukanpura House, Rukanpura, Beli Road, Dist Patna(Bihar) Pin-800014 on or before 20-07-2013.
