MAXSOFT came into existence in 1996, May 1st, founded by Mr. Rajeev G, with a clear vision to cater high-end Computer Aided Engineering solutions.
MAXSOFT was incepted to provide the engineering industries with complete up-to-date support and solution.
Present..
Now, MAXSOFT is a full professionally managed company transformed to MAXrad SOFTware (India) Pvt. Ltd. (but still holding the brand name as MAXSOFT) with a proficient board of directors.
Presently, MAXSOFT is having a team of dedicated technocrats with its headquarters in Bangalore. Maxsoft has tied up with the following companies as their sole distributors & solutions partners in India.

MAXSOFT comprises of 3 divisions for product sales and project consultancy
* Mechatronics Engineering Division: AMESim
* Electronics Design Automation Division: EMPIRE, MULTILIB, COPLAN, TOPAS
* Electrical Engineering Division: Piezo Actuators
MAXSOFT has a Technical Competency division, Design and Analysis Division (DaAD) for Training and Consultancy. Through this division, MAXSOFT offers training programs & Consultancies (under the collaborations of IMAGINE & IMST) in various areas of CAE aspects like
