Head/VP/GM-Project Financed work is
To contribute towards building sound asset quality and a conservative credit culture throughout all lending and Treasury Trading activities
To ensure that the credit approval process is responsive to customer needs
The job also encompasses credit assessment for domestic & cross border project finance, capital market transactions, Treasury driven business and new product plans for domestic & multinational corporations
Contribute to the improvement of the advances portfolio, reducing exposure to weak credits to strengthen the composition of the asset book
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies and guidelines
To manage the Credit Control portfolio by identifying signs of incipient sickness and formulating exit and/or recovery strategies, whilst minimising collection costs and credit losses, so that the risk profile of region's portfolio improves
Manage corporate NPA�s and Protect from potential loss on the credit portfolio
Manage people who have managed NPA�s and having experience in corporate recovery
