To ensure to present clean and presentable menus are presented to the Guest
Reserving table as per Guest preference
Helping team members whenever required
To maintain proper records of bookings made in restaurant
To do suggestive selling in order to up sell
To take orders as per the standards laid down
To co-operate with other service personnel in the restaurant for overall operational efficiency, particularly through proper maintenance of reservations, allocations of tables so as to facilitate service by appropriate distribution of workload.
Sells forthcoming events at the restaurants and other Food & Beverages outlets of the hotel
