- Providing support to Operations in streamlining processes and metrics to achieve client SLAs.
Identify and implement process improvement measures to achieve Operational excellence
- Metrics planning, metrics analysis, Audits, training and Six Sigma projects
- Defining and tracking metrics to understand process performance.
- Identifying and driving Process Improvements
- Reporting Process and Quality Dashboards on fortnightly and monthly basis.
