Liaise with various groups to insure that each group is aware of upcoming projects, has a plan to support the project, and to understand project status and issues. These groups include Product Management, Technical Authors, Development Engineering, Engineering Test, Quality Assurance, Operations, etc.
Liaise with identified strategic customers to ensure programs are completed within established timelines.
Monitors overall program progress against committed plan, reports progress, and raises issues as necessary to management.
Facilitate resolution of issues that span groups. This can range from setting up moderating a discussion to escalation through management of various groups.
Organizes signoff of Product Lifecycle Documents, specifically Decision Reports which are used to formally progress a project to the next phase.
