Program Manager as a Technical Program Manager who will be responsible for managing programs/projects involving multiple departments and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include large-scale projects and initiatives that extend and enhance the company platform to support the requirements of large retailers, scaling and capacity planning, and delivering on their near-term initiatives.
The TPM will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints; and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit.
