Manage Testing delivery related to Specialised testing for Projects / Program allocated
Play the role of Test manager for Specialised Testing projects (Test Strategy, Test Planning, Estimation, Coordination, Task allocation/Review, Reporting, Stakeholder management).
Coordinate with Project managers/Program managers to ensure meeting project/program requirements for Specialised Testing including communication with Business teams / Development teams.
Responsible to ensure that Specialised Testing is made available to the teams to carry out successful testing. Coordinate for setting up of and maintaining required test environments, providing flexibility to meet changing requirements throughout the project life cycle. Work with Development/ Infrastructure team for Performance tuning, as required.
Should be able to carry out end to end Performance testing of large data intensive application systems and ensure that project testing is being managed as per plan. Ensure usage of appropriate performance testing tools (e.g. Load runner) based on projects requirement.
Guide the testing team in all aspects of testing including Tools usage (QTP/Load Runner). � Ensure that organization processes are followed by testing team and reporting status (weekly / monthly reports) as per requirements. Ensure utilisation of resources made available.
Play the role SME for Specialised Testing across Business lines and help build Specialised Testing competency.
To develop the team in terms of Technical, Domain knowledge as well as guiding Team leads in managing the team. Support team competency enhancement through training, knowledge management.
