Main purpose of role is to manage the delivery of projects, providing IT solutions and services. Key tasks are
to creates and updates a project plan (in accordance with agreed PM Methodology).
Manages time (schedules/phases), cost (actual/planned), resources (internal and external), content (milestones/targets) and deliverables of the project.Plans, creates, deploys and delivers processes related to the project.Reviews project deliverables. Facilitates and/or delivers technical and problem solving support to the project team. Defines needed resources and organizes project tasks and working roles. Acts as a link between the project and other interest groups. Communicates effectively with other projects and knows how they link to his/her own project.
