MQ installation and configuration(Preferrably on UNIX flavours)
Monitoring of MQseries objects(either script, manual or any specific monitoring tool)
Knowledge of distribute queueing and clustering.(Very Important)
Conceptual knowledge of triggering(Not many companies implement this. this is of low priority)
Shell scripting or any other scripting.
Knowledge of any configuration tool(e.g mqsmon, appwatch or rfhutilC).But this is of low priority.
Communication topology designing.
