Meet clients, determine requirements, generate ideas, write and present them followed by leading the team through the actual production and post production stages. (The term producer here means the one who will take on the responsibility of bringing out a production including the direction of the programme. This is not a �production-management� position. This is a director/producer�s role as is seen in production houses in the West.) All production & post production personnel and gear available in-house.
